Dobro veče i srećna vam svima nova 2012. godina!
Hello,
I am a resident of Serbia and have arranged an employment in the States which I would undertake legally and move to the States on, so I am now trying to determine a route which suits me best, that is the visa category that I should (could) apply for. I don't hold a bachelorette degree but do have about 6 years of experience in sales and marketing. I am underway of attending a 1-year Cambridge course in Java programming/development which could hopefully increase my employment chances in my future employment endeavors. My question for you would be if I am eligible of applying for a H2B temporary work visa (which lasts up to 3 years) and then apply for a residence permit through the H2B employment or I should take another way around of having my employer file an application for a permanent work permit for which the process takes up to 6 years to complete. Please advise as to which route is the best to go by.
Thank You
